My mom stopped for a short visit at my house before flying to Kuwait last week. She and her husband will be living and working there for two years. She is going to journal her experience at http://ladydeb.blogspot.com/. Go say hi!
We can talk with her on Skype between 8am-3pm our time. Or I suppose I could call her in the middle of the night when I'm up with the baby....

Wow, that has to be hard. My mom goes south for 3 or three months every year and that's a lot for the kids.
