$1 tray, $.05 bowl

These finds are from 2 different sales.   I thought the blue metal tray was really sweet.  I took a Lysol wipe to clean off the dirt, and then set it up on a bookshelf.

I found the red bowl  in a dirty old garage.   The bowl was filthy too, like someone had kept a plant in it for a long time or something.    It was marked 10 cents, (serious!)  but it was half off day so I got it for 5 cents.  LOL   I didn’t think anything could be bought for five cents these days, but here it is!

I put it through the dishwasher twice to get the grime off.  It’s such an interesting shape and color.  I put it on the bookshelf on top of a book that I covered with super cool red scrapbook paper.

Someday I’ll switch things around and probably send this little 5 cent jem to the Goodwill so someone else can enjoy it.
