I was singing along to a ridiculous (but catchy) country song on the radio:
He can’t even bait a hook,
He can’t even skin a buck,
He don’t know who Jack Daniels is……
Joshua: I don’t know who Jack Daniels is either, but I can skin a buck!
Driving on the way home,
Grace: Mom, I don’t belong here.
Me: Well, where do you belong?
Grace: HOME!
Me: We’ll be there in 3 minutes, baby.
"Do you like me now?" Grace asks every time she puts chap stick on her lips.
Kaylee asked for peanut butter with her green beans one night at dinner. I said yes.....I don't really know why....it was gross and funny. I'd rather laugh and let her be silly and save the "absolutely no" for more serious occasions.

"It's ok, mom. You can fix it with hot glue".
Kaylee thinks almost anything can be repaired with hot glue....and she's right.
These girls play (and fight) well together.
They play superheros, "momma and honey", "Bolt and Mittens", going to school, going to the Dr. I've even heard them play "Time Out", where Grace is sent to time out and then has to apologize for some infraction that Kaylee makes up.
Joshua: 6 1/2 years old
Kaylee: 4 1/2 years old
Grace: 2 1/2 years old
