Thrifted Art #2

 

I found this art work at an estate sale for $2.

I like the detail on the frame, and it’s big:  11x16”, I think.

I snatched it up, already spray painting it and glazing it in my head.

But then I got it home and realized I like it.  I like flowers and it’s a decent painting, right?  Better than anything I could paint!  I hung it up in my kitchen for now, reserving the right to whip out the spray paint and re-use it later.

I’m glad this unknown artist’s work (that sold for $2, poor guy!) is once again hanging up somewhere.
