Reason #67 why I love Brian: he understands my sewing machine manual
My machine has an automatic buttonhole maker and I thought it would be nice to know how to use it. The manual is printed in English, but I couldn't get anywhere with the directions. I put the kids to bed and asked Brian to take a look at my machine. Within a few minutes, he figured it out and I made a lovely, beautiful, perfect button hole.

BEFORE: shower curtain in the kid's bathroom was shoved through the towel rack during bath time

AFTER: A matching tie back holds the curtain thanks to a BUTTON HOLE.

I'll ask Brian to help me put in a zipper next....

Amy Jo,

You are so cute and I was happy to see you comment. You are so creative and always improving your space. I love to peek in on you. I think you are a wonderful mom. Your darling son and beautiful daughter are so precious and I adore their antics...
I am sorry we confused you... You maybe could now go confuse your poor mom and make her laugh. Our daughter made our New Years Day's and we are still laughing.
Thansk again for your visit and come often.

Sorry about the delete...I forgot l was logged in helping a friend with a question:) we all get confused!

Yay! You learned how to do the buttonhole thingy! Always a sense of satisfaction when you accomplish something like that. The tieback thingy is a great idea for the shower curtain. Looks great!
