This is a no brainer, but sometimes I need an easy project to fill my creative craving. I bought a tag punch maker at Joann's for 40% off and pulled out all my Christmas cards. By some stroke of luck, I happened to come across my stash of Christmas cards from last year on the same day. I read through all the cards once more, then punched out the cute parts of the cards. I don't think I'll be buying any more of those sticky label Christmas tags ever again. They are so tacky anyway....This little "project" made me smile because I got to re-read the cards and re-purpose them before tossing the leftovers into the recycle bin.

That is a great idea! I have been seeing some good ideas to repurpose Christmas cards. Now if I can only remember what those ideas are........
