Created by special request

My step father likes to work with wood, which works out very nicely for me. Over Thanksgiving I asked him to make me something to dry baggies, bibs and sippy cups. This is what he came up with for my Christmas present! I think there are 10 spikes on this "thing".

I LOVE IT! (and I've been considering spray painting it...)

What do you think? Is there a niche for this invention? Couldn't you use something like this in your kitchen?
