I didn't laugh at him...

My lovely job affords me plenty of on-line time in between calls. It's excessive, really. I started cruising around on this wonderful thing called the Internet. Popping in on different sites and reading about people's lives, craft ideas and funny stories. I thought, maybe I can do it too. I mentioned this to my loving husband who laughed in my face. Yes, he did. I'm not one for technology, so this may have seemed like a strange idea. I slowly learned the ropes. I learned what a hyperlink was, how to add a picture, how to edit a post and next thing I know, I'm totally addicted.

Now, here's the funny part. Brian announced a couple weeks ago that he needed help coming up with a name for his blog.

"WHAT?? You want to do a blog ? About what? Technology and ummm.... technology?"

I was laughing on the inside, but I totally did NOT laugh in his face. I wouldn't do that. I was dying to say "FACE!" (the Trager version of "I told you so") but I didn't. Instead I said, "That's a great idea! I'm sure you'll like it as much as I do." It took a lot of self control to leave it at that.

Go check out his blog and leave a little comment to encourage him in this bloggy adventure.

That is funny. My husband told me that all my page name ideas were really bad and made me mad so I told him I wasn't going to tell him what I finally settled on. He said that was okay and he could find it on his own. That was months ago and he hasn't found me yet. He is going to have a lot of catching up to do when he does find it. You have LOTS of self control to not say FACE to him! :-)
(btw, my page name really is bad so I can't say much...)
