Tie Dyed Eggs

I dug through Brian's closet and took out all the 100% silk ties. How can someone who never wears ties have 25 of them? How does something like that happen? Anyway, now he has 21.

These are the best Easter eggs I've ever made. My girlfriend and I made them last night following this tutorial from "Our Best Bites". The funnest part was unwrapping them to see what kind of surprise design had been imprinted.
If my mom can find some ties in her husband's closet, I'll be making more this weekend.
Do you dye eggs?

Ha! I just saw this last week in Family fun magazine. Matt only owns a few ties, and they are really nice ones, so I guess I'll have to try these next year when I can find some old ties at Goodwill or garage sales. They turned out so cute!!

Wow! Those look amazing! I wish I could get to it this Easter but I think I'm already too busy...hmmm, they are to amazing to not try to fit them in!
Great job!

Hilarious! Here I pop on your blog after unwrapping my tie-dyed eggs and see this. Aren't they fun? I made some today that turned out pretty cute. I saw it on Martha Stewart. They say that they are edible too. Happy Easter AJ

Those are great! No, we don't dye eggs. Maybe next year. My older one made eggs in kindergarten like that with colored tissue paper that turned out super cute. He was quite proud. :)

P.S. I think it's interesting that your egg carton has a Bible verse from Psalms on it! :)
