Gracie is 9 months!

It's hard to believe that she's been a part of our family for the same length of time that I was pregnant with her. No fair how slow time goes while pregnant, compared how fast a baby's first year flies! 9 months in, 9 months out, as it says on the back of her Milestone Months shirt.


Gracie, you are definitely the family favorite: everyone gets along with you and thinks you're awesome.

You haven't slept through the night in a long, long time. Go ahead and start anytime now. You might like it and I KNOW I'd love it.

You sign "more" if you want more to eat, or want to play more peek-a-boo.

You make some super sweet sounds, like "ahhhhh" and also grunt pretty loud at times.

I find you stuck under the bed, under chairs and other random places. You aren't exactly crawling, but can scootch around backwards.

Daddy and I just love the way you brighten up when you see us. It makes us feel like the most important person in the world!

You manage to eat all kinds of things, even though you only have 2 bottom teeth. Some favorites are: bananas, Cheerios, grapes, strawberries, bread, blueberries. You've also had a taste of pizza and ice cream, some of our family food staples.

I find you sitting up in your crib when you wake up.

Grammy thinks you should be a baby model for Huggies or Gerber, but we've already got your photo schedule pretty booked, modeling our baby shirts!

Brian only had time to edit one picture, but I wanted to share more of her sweet little face. Our "photo studio" is our bed, with a sheet hanging off the headboard. Brian is pretty amazing with PhotoShop, and does all the magic to make AMAZING images for our website.
