I've seen tutorials for making Tu-Tu's all over the web and decided to give it a go myself. This picture of Kaylee makes me laugh. She actually cried when I first put it on, but got used to it pretty quick.
I bought 2 rolls of tulle for $2.99 each and a length of elastic for about a dollar from Joanns. There's enough to make at least 2 "skirts". I tied 20 inch strips all around the elastic. I found a string of beads in my stash and added them along the waist band.Total cost: $8 for 2
Total time: 30 min.
